The condo has internet WIFI and smart TV. Enjoy out of this world 360 degrees panoramic views of the ocean, downtown, the marina, the city, mountains, and the three islands of the bay of Puerto Viejo from your private Palapa terrace.

Getting around is very inexpensive and convenient. All kinds of public transportation, Uber, and taxis are right in front of the building. Walking or riding a bicycle is lots fun on the long stretch of beach boulevard, wide side walk, or the special bike lane. Water sports start at the sandy beach just across the boulevard. Swim, boggy board, rent a sale boat, jet ski, or take the parachute ride. Lots of fun conveniently located. The local Palapa restaurants are also across the street where you can enjoy Mazatlán's specialty fresh Sabiche or local shrimp and fish cooked to you order.

This is a 10 story privately owned beach front residential condominium building with only 15 condominiums. Enjoy the amenities and share with the other owners and guests. The clubhouse is on level nine with the management office, spacious terrace and a lap pool. This is a family oriented quiet and safe environment with 24 hours security system and live security all night. No big parties or heavy drinking. Respect the house rules and the privacy of the neighbors. Our office on level 9 with bi lingual and friendly staff.
