Siesta Villa Laughing Gull features a newly renovated kitchen with an open floor plan leading into the dining and living room. The large windows are perfect for enjoying the Florida sun and the fresh Siesta Key breeze. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, a half-bath en-suite, and an attached screened in private lanai, perfect for reading or enjoying the afternoon rain showers. The guest bedroom features one queen bed, stylish décor, and a large closet, perfect for children or additional guests. Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset.

Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Siesta Villa Laughing Gull. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.

The large heated pool for the Polynesian Garden residents and guests is steps away and provides the perfect setting for swimming and relaxing. The pool is surrounded by majestic oak trees which provides additional shade when needed and the tranquility of a peaceful setting.
