Cette belle villa (classée 4*) est une maison lumineuse, nous l’avons aménagée et équipée pour que vous vous y sentiez comme « à la maison ».
La villa avec grande piscine privée chauffée (mi-mai/sept) est idéale pour les grandes familles, pour plusieurs couples ou pour les groupes (randonneurs, cyclistes etc.) mais vous pouvez aussi la louer pour deux personnes seulement.
Vous profiterez d’une grande piscine privative chauffée de 11mx5m, traitée au sel.
Si chauffer la piscine n’est pas toujours nécessaire en été, elle consiste un vrai en mai, juin et septembre quand la température de l’eau est plus fraîche. Le traitement au sel est particulièrement agréable pour la peau et les cheveux.
La piscine est fonctionnelle de mi-mai à fin septembre et est très bien entretenue.
Elle est entièrement clôturée pour la sécurité des petits. Elle est entouré d’un deck en bois exotique de 45m2 avec transats et bains de soleil.
Pour la détente: un authentique bain nordique (hot tub) haut de gamme pour 8 personnes, fabriqué en Suède. Les scandinaves l'utilisent pour l'effet de détente et de bien-être, le jour comme la nuit, sous la pluie ou sous la neige. C'est un excellent moyen de se relaxer, de s'évader du quotidien et de lutter contre le stress: sous l'effet de la chaleur vos muscles se détendent, seul le crépitement du feu de bois se fait entendre... Cette cuve en bois à l'eau chauffée à 38/40° est posée pres de la piscine d'où vous pouvez profitez de la vue sur la montagne et observer la nature et le ciel étoilé.
La propriété est grande (1,5 hectare), avec un jardin au naturel avec de belles vues sur la montagne de tout côtés. Il y a beaucoup d’espaces différents, des petits coins ombragés pour le farniente, des espaces verts et fleuris qui incitent au repos. La petite route qui borde le devant de la propriété reste très calme, même en été.
La maison est entourée de terrasses en pierres naturelles. Il y deux terrasses côté piscine: une avec transats et une avec une table et douze chaises en teck et un store banne et parasols pour l’ombre. A l’arrière de la maison il y un autre coin repas avec un grand barbecue en pierre et un barbecue Weber, deux tables et 4 bancs, 8 chaises et deux fauteuils. Cet espace a été complètement réaménagé en 2021, avec un grand auvent et un espace détente avec bar. Vous pourrez choisir en fonction de l’ensoleillement, vous trouverez toujours un endroit à l’ombre ou au soleil.
Pour le plaisir de petits et grands il y a beaucoup d’aménagements qui permettent de se divertir sur place. Il y a un terrain de jeux sur herbe (balançoires, toboggan, nombreux agrées), un terrain de volley et un terrain de boules, slack-line, fléchettes et molky.
Il y a un grand parking sur place.
Intérieur
La maison est composée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un étage.
La pièce de vie comporte un espace salon avec téléviseur à écran plat et lecteur dvd, une salle à manger avec une grande table et 12 chaises, un chaleureux poêle à bois pour les soirées d’hiver (bois de chauffage gratuit), une bibliothèque avec chaine hifi, livres, cd, jeux de société et beaucoup de jeux et jouets pour enfants, une petite pièce avec bureau. Wifi gratuite.
La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, entre autres machine nespresso , four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, mixer, grande gazinière avec four, réfrigérateur de grande taille et congélateur , beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles de bonne qualité, vaisselle assortie pour un grand nombres de personnes. L’équipement de la cuisine est largement dimensionné pour douze.
Il y a une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit double et un lit superposé (literie de bonne qualité). Cette chambre possède une salle de bain attenante, avec une baignoire, une douche, un lavabo et w.c.
Il y a une deuxième salle d’eau au rez-de-chaussée, avec douche et lavabo
Il y a également des toilettes indépendantes.
Il y a un lave-linge et sèche-linge et un local de rangement avec un congélateur et réfrigérateur pour vos boissons en été.
A l’étage il y quatre chambres avec vues sur la montagne. Il y a deux chambres avec chacune un lit double et deux chambres avec chacune deux lits simples. Une des chambres possède une salle d’eau attenante (douche, w.c. ) et lavabo. Les autres chambres partagent une autre salle d’eau avec douche, lavabo, w.c. Il y a un lavabo en plus dans l’une des chambres. Les draps et serviettes sont fournies.
Nous mettons gratuitement à disposition tout l’équipement bébé pour vous permettre de voyager léger. Il y deux lits bébé avec gros matelas, deux chaises hautes, un baby-cook, deux matelas à langer, un réducteur, deux pots, une poussette canne, beaucoup de jeux, jouets et livres pour enfants .
Le tarif inclut toutes les charges (eau, électricité, gaz, bois de chauffage) et le linge de maison (draps et serviettes). Animaux bienvenus.

We are indeed in a lesser known part of France but with a wealth of things to see and to do (outdoor activities). People often don't realise how close we are to the Mediterranean whilst situated in the mountains. Hope this gives ideas to others
