L'appartamento.molto silenzioso,con infissi in alluminio,doppi vetri e grate di protezione,è situato al quarto ed ultimo piano di una palazzina con ascensore,a soli 100 metri di distanza dalla spiaggia,dove si possono trovare sia stabilimenti balneari che spiagge libere attrezzate.

Diversi supermercati sono presenti nel raggio di 400 metri dall'abitazione e la fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere la Stazione centrale è a soli 50 metri di distanza.Si compone di:

SALONE: 1 comodo divano letto matrimoniale con penisola.

Poltrona letto singola.

Climatizzato.

CAMERA DA LETTO matrimoniale con comodissimo materasso in memory foam. ed ampio armadio con ante scorrevoli.Climatizzata.
