This Romantic chalet Is situated in the heart of the Roman countryside, 50 min. from the center of Rome, 20 min. from the sea and 10 minutes from Lake Bracciano, the perfect location for an idyllic holiday, with family or with friends, for those who want a peaceful holiday near the center of Rome. The property is set in a 4-hectare park, on the edge of a forest of chestnut trees and surrounded by a manicured lawn and enclosed with swimming pool (32 square meters). Simple but well stylistic details are integrated with the rural character of the place. .
A shady porch in front of the kitchen and dining area can be used for outdoor dining, a solarium with sun beds and ample parking complete the property.
The location extends over 2 levels and offers on the second level one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a kitchen, one dining room and a sitting room with a bed sofa and a fireplace, one bathroom. On the first level which is not connected with the first one can be accommodated other two people. It has a a minimum height of 1.90 cm, and 2.90 cm and offers another double bedroom, a kitchen and one bath with shower.
Ideally situated for those who want a relaxing holiday, in a secluded oasis of peace, but good starting point for many interesting sites such as: the idyllic Lake Bracciano 7 km, Terme di Stigliano and solfataras 8 km, the mountains of Tolfa 22 km, Cerveteri, with its famous Etruscan tombs to 24 km, the center of Rome and Viterbo 40 km (within half an hour with a train from Manziana).
The Tyrrhenian Sea with its wide sandy beaches, free and equipped, is about 20 Km., The Roma Fiumicino airport is ONLY 50 MINUTES, Orvieto and Umbria, 80 km, Florence and Naples 200 Km.
The residencel is also just minutes from the SPA of the Roman baths of Stigliano and the exclusive Golf Clubs "The Oaks" and "Olgiata".
The location offers the perfect vacation, for sightseeing, archaeological, natural, shopping, relaxation and entertainment, the ideal base for horse riding, walking or cycling.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: A 10% of the rental fee will be requested for utilities costs.They are not included in the total and have to be paid in cash upon arrival in order to avoid extra commission on line.
