Description
This second and new apartment is situated in the historical centre of Sermoneta and belong (like the other property 112310) to a medieval court of 15th century totally restored and modernized.
It's new this year th PRIVATE SPA: the soft vapors of the Turkish bath, the regenerating silence of the Relax area with the chromatic play, the intense scent of Cedar wood from the Finnish Sauna, the energetic whirlpool of the SPA tub, are the comfortable corners of the “wellness program” that will delight your stay in our structure ... the private SPA is dedicated to the couple, to the family or to group of friends who, for 90relaxing minutes, can reserve with an extra cost an exclusive use of the SPA …
This new apartment is bright and spacious, about 85 mq, is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 people: has two refined and comfortable bedrooms each with modern bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower, a living room/dining room with tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large terrace.
For a large family the living room with comfortable sofà bed and private bathroom, can be transformed in the third bedroom (that can be closed with the sliding door) in which can stay one or two people thanks to the soft "france mattress" of the sofà bed. In this case the apartment can host 6 guests. Finally, the large terrace with umbrella, table and chairs for outdoor dining that offers spectacular views over the plain.
The rental price includes linens, towels, final cleaning, internet wi fi and the free entrance to the pool for the weekly stay. The pool is 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
Sermoneta is one of Italy's most perfect Medieval town's and it is only 30 minutes to Rome by train. During your stay you will also be able to take advantage of all that Rome has to offer. You can also be at some of Italy's most beautiful beaches in less than 20 minutes (Sabaudia, Circeo), as well as plenty of interesting historic sites (Pompei's Ruins in 2 hours drive)
Finally, we are pleased to remember that, thanks to our competence in welcoming guest and thanks to the high quality of the apartment, our structure is reccomended in the November 2011 issue of 'Bell'Italia', one of the most famous italian magazine of tourism.

Response from the owner Ciao Chris, thank you for your review. I am happy you enjoyed the apartment and the city of Sermoneta. Yes, the kitchen is basic but it is new and there is all you need to cook (fridge, freezer, gas fired, oven, dishwasher and washing machine). The washing machine (new) is a Rex machine of 6 kg. I think the size is ok for a family that have to stay one or two weeks and have to use it two or three times per week... Say hello to your family and come back soon Sincerely Marco

“Comfortable apartment with wonderful views”
This apartment is a perfect base to discover Sermoneta and for our trip to the gardens at Ninfa. Marco was a wonderful host helping us with travel arrangements when our Italian failed us (we didn't hire a car); the apartment is very comfortable and clean, the three of us had a room each with an ensuite bathroom, and we all like cooking which we could do with ease, Sermoneta has just a few shops but they supply everything you need including very good fruit and vegetables, there are however plenty of good restaurants should you not want to cook all within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment has a stunning view from the terrace, when we were staying at the beginning of June the migrating swifts had nested and would come out at dusk to catch insects it was a spectacular sight. The gardens at Ninfa were beautiful, however, the tour is very regimented and you can't wander off and explore the gardens on your own. The real delight for us was Sermoneta and we found it enchanting and relaxing and our time spent at Marco's apartment definitely contributed to this.
