Stylish, Palm Springs vacation home with saltwater private pool & spa in gated, beautifully landscaped backyard with magical mountain views. Only minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. The spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The inviting open floor plan features a dining & living room with large glass sliders leading out to the tranquil resort-like backyard.

Enjoy our new saltwater pool & spa as you relax on one of the many shady loungers or one of our fun pool floats. The home has 3 ROKU flat-screen TVs with a Spectrum app to enjoy free TV and you can log into your personal channels such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBOMAx, Disney+, and more. This beautiful home is ideal for couples, singles, families, friends. We allow pets as well. The home comfortably sleeps 6 persons in the 3 bedrooms, plus another 2-3 persons on roll beds and the couch (living room).

The home is beautifully furnished with upscale modern, yet cozy furnishings in a soothing color sequence of turquoise, grey, and white. The tasteful design and warm touches make this a true home away from home.

The master features an en-suite spacious luxury spa-like bathroom with two sink vanities, a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and an oversized double sink vanity. And of course, we have an outside rain shower you can enjoy.

Among the many amenities we provide, you'll find plenty of bedding, bath- and pool towels, high chairs and playpens, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap), a hairdryer, iron, drip coffeemaker, coffee and tea, spices, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining- and cookware, a mixer, a frothier, a toaster, a water heater, a full gas range, a microwave, an egg cooker, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, and much more.

“Be warned, avid this rental.”

We were seduced into booking this property by the glamorous marketing material, much of which is misleading and some of which is completely untrue. The ‘newly remodelled desert paradise’ is an old property in an average residential area which sits directly under the flight path out of Palm Springs International Airport. So bring your ear plugs if you want any tranquility. The quote from the marketing material “Our home is newly remodelled and all belongings, furniture and patio items are newly purchased” is untrue. As is the statement “it’s tranquil ambience is underlined by brand new furniture”. The “stylish glass dining table” had been replaced by a white melamine functional table which had been marked with coloured marker pens and the six white leather dining chairs were disgracefully dirty and cracked. The whole house was very poorly presented, dirty in places and much of the contents were either broken, badly stained or dirty. The dishwasher was delapidated and dirty, the fridge/freezer dented in several places and the curtains were not wide enough to cover the windows. Most of the patio furniture was broken and/or very badly stained. All of the above criticisms were fully endorsed by the Property Manager who regretted having taken on the property which he said was the worst of the 30 he had under his management. The owner blamed most of the damage and poor condition on the previous renter who was said to have trashed the place. The owner had offered me $500 refund but when this was declined as inadequate given the scale of the problems we had experienced she has decided not to respond to any of my messages. I can support all of the above comments with more than 70 photographs which I have already shared with the owner. This has been a very distressing and frustrating experience for me and my family but I have now given up on trying to resolve the dispute with the owner. Holiday Lettings say that as more than 15 days has elapsed since the end of the rental that they will not get involved. If you want to avoid similar difficulties, I strongly suggest that you book elsewhere! I hope to be able to support all of my criticisms by posting photographs of dirty, stained, damaged and broken items but am not sure if I will be allowed to upload them.

Travelers can see exactly where the property is located and notice it is in a typical Palm Springs neighborhood with its mid-century homes, 5-10 minutes from Downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Plane noise is heard depending on winds (not always), which we declare in our description. Since you came, the home has been re-furnished and updated, and the comments you made have been addressed. The refund you requested was declined because you declined it. Not us. You wanted the ENTIRE rental amount back, which we felt was not appropriate given you stayed with us for a week. We understand your review is tainted by the is fact and we hope readers can read between the lines. The home is new to TripAdvisor and we encourage readers to go to other booking sites where this home has over 150 reviews and is listed as an overall 4.9 (out of 5) rating.
