2150ft² detached house for 12 residents with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

15km away from Nîmes, in the very heart of the Vaunage, Boissières houses this magnificent Andalusian-style property. The enclosure wall which surrounds it gives it great intimacy, highly appreciated by holiday-makers. Nearby shops are in Nages-et-Solorgues (2km away) or in Calvisson and Uchaud (5km away). The Grau du Roi and Grande-Motte beaches are 25km away. Aigues-Mortes and its famous battlements are 28km away, and le Salin, the only one in Europe, Entre Sel et Mer, in the very heart of a wild and preserved natural area, offers a magnificent palette of colours. The city of Montpellier is only 48km away.

Six cars can enter the property through the automatic gate and access by foot is made through a security gate. A beautiful, 60m² covered terrace extends the kitchen and garden-side dining room. The 2800m² plot is well-organised and features a magnificent landscaped garden. Below house-level, the 85m² pool house, a real living space overlooks the large swimming pool, blends comfort and relaxation, being very practically organised. It has a meal area, a fully-equipped summer kitchen. One room with no door has been set up with a double sofa-bed and huge sofas in Andalusian-style warm colours, which furnish this area marvellously. The swimming pool is heated with Oxygen water treatment. There is a toilet next to the swimming pool's control area, as well as an outside shower. A petanque court will give joy to adults as it will children, who will love the outside areas massively.

From the large entrance hall, you have access to a separate toilet and the washroom, which is also used as a cellar. On the right, there is a bedroom with two double bunk beds and three bedrooms, each one having a large double bed. These four bedrooms have a fan. In this sleeping area are two bathrooms, one of them provided with a WC. The fifth air-conditioned bedroom has a large double bed, a TV and an adjoining shower room with private WC. The kitchen and dining area is located opposite the entrance, and overlooks the terrace and the garden. On the left, you have the dining room with its large table, and two steps lead to the lounge with built-in sofas, a large TV and stone chimney. Both these rooms are air-conditioned.
