Semi-detached house with separate entrance, small private garden and adjacent car. On the ground floor entrance, living room-kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor, master bedroom and bagno.Adatta in families with two adults and three children or four adults and one child. Perfect compromise between the countryside and cities, the house is located 3 km from the city walls but it is also surrounded by a quiet rural landscape. For a few minutes' walk, in fact, you can reach the bus stop for the historic center, the urban forest, an excellent restaurant where to taste the dishes of the Venetian tradition and a bike path that connects the neighboring countries. The historic center is characterized by the works of architect Andrea Palladio, such as the Basilica, the Olympic Theater and the Art Gallery, but also for various monuments and medieval and Renaissance buildings. Moreover, from the train or by car, you can reach and visit the other Palladian villas, the Berici Hills and the other major cities of the Veneto: Schio, Thiene, Bassano, Padua, Verona, Venice, Marostica -famosa for the game of chess which takes place every two years-, Recoaro Terme, and Asiago ski -Location and home to some of the most important and historical trenches of the Great war-. The urban forest, where a tree for every new born since the 90s has been planted, it is rather the perfect place for a stroll. In fact, in addition to being able to enjoy the peace of the forest landscape, you can admire the clear waters of Roggia Seriola, a few meters from the town of Maddalene with its late Gothic church recently renovated. In the same area, you can see the remains of the ancient Roman aqueduct Lobbia.

In the apartment there are two double beds and a sofa bed for one and half. Even five adults can sleep comfortably. In the area there are bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets. Very close to the house (20 meters) a restaurant with typical dishes from Vicenza. I will be available for any clarification, guests will find all the information written for a pleasant and peaceful stay at my house and the city.

When booking the exact number of guests and ask about availability. Agree always times of arrival and departure. No guests under the age of 24 years. No parties or events. No loud music both inside and outside the home for three nights stays sueriori, cost of final cleaning to be added to the fare is € 20. No children under the age of 2 years. Local tax payable locally.
