Full chef’s open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Loft with ensuite – built in Single beds for four. Two Queen rooms on the lower wing share an ensuite and laundry room. Master King bedroom with elegant ensuite – spa bath, twin shower.

The option to book just the 3 main bedrooms without the use of the loft is also at times, available on request. Perfect for 3 couples wanting the use of a luxury home in the country with lake views.

This four bedroom, three bathroom, luxury home in exclusive Lakeside Estate has fabulous lake and mountain views. Full chef's kitchen, jacuzzi, internal access garage - all ready for you to enjoy with family & friends. You will need a vehicle if staying at this property - there is no public transport to the house. Local public buses leave from the nearby Jacks Point Estate (5 minute drive away) Taxi's can be ordered from the house. Ski transport can be arranged to pickup & drop off from the house.

Interaction with guest

Someone from The Butler will meet guests on arrival and show them through the house and answer any questions. The house is self-catering, so after the initial greeting, guests are free to have the holiday in peace and call us if required.

This house is in a gated community - not suitable for parties or too much noise. We do not allow wedding, functions or events.

Guests are to leave the house tidy with dishes done, with wet towels on bathroom floors not beds or carpet, appliances and heat off, the house must be locked and spa secure. The BBQ must be clean (if used) and rubbish in bins provided. No smoking and no pets

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
