Nel mezzo delle Prealpi Venete, all'incrocio fra le valli dell'Astico e del Posina in una zona che gode di una gradevole ventilazione, si trova la casa nella ex ferrovia ideale per chi ama il fascino della natura e delle passeggiate all'aria aperta. Adiacente la casa ( a soli 30 mt. ) transita una pista ciclo - pedonale denominata della " ex ferrovia " che collega Piovene Rocchette con Arsiero in un percorso completamente piano ed in ombra lungo circa 7 km. ,che prosegue per la valle dell'Astico oppure del Posina. Questi sono I luoghi adatti a coloro che vogliono coniugare il piacere di riscoprire la vita del mondo rurale. Infatti qui troverete molteplici spazi verdi, mucche al pascolo, canti di gallo in un clima sano e distensivo atto a rigenerarsi nel corpo e nello spirito. Per chi ama la storia non mancano itinerari che spaziano da visite alle ville palladiane ai luoghi ricchi di avvenimenti bellici durante il 1' grande conflitto mondiale. Le piste da sci di Folgaria, Lavarone ed Asiago vi aspettano a 30 minuti di distanza.
