Newly built private villa that combines modern aesthetics with Cycladic architecture offering luxurious and relaxing get-a-ways. A brand new private heated swimming pool with a two-seater jacuzzi corner is available. Built in two levels with a separate entrance to ensure independence to the guests.
Located at Kalo Livadi, only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Kalo Livadi is considered to be one of the best and longest beaches of Mykonos with restaurants, beach clubs, sun beds, and various water sports, as well as one of the most favourite destination of various celebrities.
The villa can host up to 6 people (one double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed that turns into a comfortable and quality double bed).
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, a living room with a sofa that opens into a double bed, TV and dvd player.
Outdoors, it features large terraces, a private heated swimming pool with a two-seater jacuzzi corner, covered pergolas. a dining table for six, built in sofa, sun beds and lounge chairs where you can sit relax and enjoy the panoramic view over the Kalo Livadi bay.
On the ground floor, there is a king size double bed that can turn into two twin beds if required, a bathroom -toilet, shower enclosure-, a kitchenette with a dining table for two, TV and a private terrace with a magnificent sea view. Both floors have windows with mosquito nets, high speed wifi-internet and the villa is fully air conditioned.
Livadi house is 3 minutes drive to Ano Mera where you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM machine, a gas station and many taverns in the main local square. A must visit is also the charming old 18th century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani.
