Beautiful, spacious, town house 2 bdrm/2 baths spectacular views of the Intracoastal water way from living room, dining room and master bedroom. 2 balconies to sit and watch the dolphins and beautiful sunrises, garden access and dock where one could fish, boat docking available up to 45 ft., Both bedrooms have been updated at the end of 2016 with new blinds also living room with new blinds and floor. Dogs allowed, no cats.
