Watch spectacular sun rises from our pool view balcony and magnificent sunsets from the US no. 1 beach at Clearwater Beach, just 7 minutes drive away.

Enjoy a recently remodeled third floor one bedroom Condo with spacious open plan living area and high vaulted ceilings and balcony in the gated community of Avalon, in Clearwater, Florida. The Condo is newly redecorated and carpeted throughout.

The Avalon gated community has a relaxed atmosphere with free parking next to the Condo, a resort style heated pool with barbecue area, laundry and gym facilities, with luxury club house for guests. It is fully secure with key card access for guests and on-site security. It is a 1 minute walk from fabulous Abe's restaurant with Publix supermarket nearby.. It is a 25 minute drive from Tampa airport and 15 minute drive from Clearwater airport and 2 hours from Orlando..

We have a friendly approachable property manager living on site to deal with any queries you may have.

Feel relaxed in a king sized bed with luxury Egyptian 500 thread cotton sheets and your guests or children can enjoy their sleep in 2 additional sofa beds in the living room.

The condo has newly fitted air conditioning, a 55 inch flat screen TV in living area and a second 32 inch TV in bedroom, with cable TV and free internet/wifi throughout, including free phone calls to USA and Canada. The living area has a beach theme with 2 sofas, soft lighting and coffee table.

Enjoy cooking in fully equipped kitchen with new oven, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils needed for eating at home with a laundry area including new LG washer and dryer.

Just off the kitchen is a dining area with glass table and 4 chairs for having relaxing meals in, providing large enough area for entertaining.

The bathroom has a newly fitted bath tub, shower and flooring, with walk in closet offering ample hanging and storage space.

Relax on the "icing sugar" beaches in clearwater beach, sand key or magnificent Pass-a-Grille beach using the provided 4 beach chairs, parasol, 4 beach towels and cool boxes.

After a long day on the beach look forward to cosy drinks on the covered balcony, furnished with a table and 4 chairs.

For your comfort, we provide all bedding, additional blankets and towels.
