Description

Our lodge has always been cleaned to an extremely high standard, as our guests would testify and now more than ever those standards are important. Our cleaning team, have revised their procedures, following Coronavirus cleaning guidelines, to ensure that their practices meet necessary requirements, for you as a guest and themselves.

In addition we supply antibacterial spray for your use during your stay.

Being privately owned this property offers high standard holiday accommodation and we hope all our visitors will appreciate and enjoy the Lodge as we do ourselves. The location is excellent with seven quality beaches within a short distance with surfing facilities and are perfect beaches for children.

Straight away the start to your holiday is more relaxed. Arrive at this lovely lodge to find your beds made up with lovely fresh bedding and towels provided, (apart from beach towels).

If however, you prefer to bring your own bedding or towels then please just let us know.

We try to make your stay at our lodge as comfortable as possible and believe the standard of accommodation and equipment to be high, all recently refurbished. We also supply hand wash, washing machine liquid & conditioner, stain remover plus washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets and cleaning products - so saves you a bit of packing!

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at St Merryn Park four miles from Padstow in North Cornwall and only 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. Warwick Lodge is a good family holiday home catering for a maximum of 6 guests. It is well cared for and offers a lovely home-from-home atmosphere and has a well proportioned living area. As a "family" environment it is strictly a non smoking environment.

The Lodge offers a large kitchen with breakfast bar, large lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the secure garden.

There are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), two single bedrooms (one 3' single & one 2' 6") and good sized family shower room - with a large shower.

There is an information folder at the lodge for closest supermarkets, doctors, hospital etc. However, there is a shop on site too. Details of local restaurants etc. are available to help you enjoy your break with 3 in walking distance approx. 5 minutes and 10 minutes in high season but restricted opening in low season. The site's own restaurant bar being open throughout the seasons.

Restaurant, Bar, Shop & Hairdresser male & female plus nail treatments all available on site. Currently the Venue (Restaurant/Bar) has live entertainment each weekend and take away.

Children's play area next to the shop.

Several beautiful beaches & coastal walks nearby. Surfing school at Harlyn Bay. Padstow with its lovely harbour 5 miles away

How do damage deposits work?
