Anastasia Villa is part of a Villas complex. A modern Villa, situated just 1,5 Km away from the amazing, sandy beach of Plakias, one of the most famous and well-known beaches of South Rethymno. The Villa is also within walking distance from a mini-market and local tavernas. Also in Plakias, you can find all kinds of amenities for your daily needs: beach bars, restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarkets, grocery store, pharmacy, pastry shop, post office and doctor’s office, conveniently at hand’s reach, for an easy and relaxing holiday!

Anastasia Villa covers 79m2, it’s divided in two levels and can accommodate up to 5 guests, making it suitable for families, as well as for groups of friends. As you enter, you will find yourselves in the Villa’s open plan area, featuring the living room and fully equipped kitchen for a self-catered, family holiday. The space is tastefully decorated and the modern furnishings were carefully chosen, so as to provide maximum comfort and make you feel right at home. The living room and kitchen area provide direct access to the pool terrace and the BBQ facilities, making the preparation of your meals very easy and trouble free. A WC can also be found on the ground floor.An additional guest could be accommodated on sofa bed in the living room.
First Floor
Anastasia Villa boasts two bedrooms, one with one double bed and one with two single beds, which are located on the first floor. All rooms have large windows which let the sun light and fresh air in all day long, creating a magical summer ambience. Additionally, guests have access to a large veranda, which enjoys the amazing views of the area! Finally, a family bathroom with a bathtub is appointed on this level.
Exterior
The privileged location of Anastasia Villa, perched on a hillside, at the traditional village of Selia, provides stunning, panoramic views to the Libyan Sea and the picturesque village and long beach of Plakias, undoubtedly appealing to everyone seeking breathtaking sunset views and relaxation. To make things even better, a dip in the private swimming pool (25m2 and 1.70m deep) will refresh your body and soul! Sunbathe on the sun beds provided in the tile-covered, pool terrace! Enjoy your morning coffee by the pool, on the lawn covered area and the outdoor dining area and gaze upon the horizon! At night, you can prepare your dinner at the BBQ facilities available and let the cool summer breeze and the light of the stars take all your worries away. The stone fence around the pool and the arched, shaded verandas, bring out the traditional element of the area, while offering you privacy at the same time. Additionally, the outdoor area covers 300 m2 and features an outdoor plastic playhouse & seesaw, making ideal for the kids to play!

“Wow - view amazing, location amazing”
We have been to Southern Crete many times and it still continues to amaze us. The villa has an amazing view situated in Sellia, a charming village with 3 great tavernas. We felt that this was the 'true' Greece. The villa was perfect, regularly cleaned. We had no complaints. Great location to visit Southern Crete as well as Rethynon and Chania. Valia, the agent was very helpful. I am sure we will be back.
