With a superb location this modern 4 Bedroom dormer style house on the outskirts of the village will offer you all the facilities of home. Set in a small private development of 8 houses you have ample parking space for up to 3 cars with the garden surrounded by a stone wall. A real plus for the house is that you can walk to everything (Golf/Beach/Shops/Pubs/Hotels etc...) in less than 5 mins literally. House comes with Wi-Fi, Sky TV plus Netflix (both downstairs and on landing).

No matter what type of holiday you wish to experience we are sure that this beautiful region will cater for your needs. Whether its fishing, water sports, golfing (we are right beside Dunfanaghy Golf course), walking on mile long undisturbed sandy beaches (again, right beside us), Horse riding (in nearby Carrigart) or simply chilling out over a nice meal and a few drinks in the village we are sure you will not be disappointed.

The house is also suitable for those wishing to use it as a base to explore the Northwest region of Ireland.

Well, what can I say. The house was perfect. provides everything you could need for a home away from home. Location is spot on. 6 minutes from town. 2 minutes from the beach. Loads of info on things to do in the area.Hobestly couldn't fault it. Had the most wonderful week celebrating my brothers 60th birthday with family who live in Dunfanaghy. Thank you John.
