La résidence du Soleil vous propose une location privilégiée, elle est à moins de 100 mètres de la plage du Port d’Avall.
La rue du Soleil vous mène à pied à la plage, et la rue Coma Chéric vous permet d’accéder avec votre véhicule.
La vue imprenable sur le Fort Saint-Elme, les oliviers et le vignoble est reposante.
Bien abritée des vents dominants, la résidence a été aménagée pour une clientèle en quête de vacances tranquilles et sans soucis. Le CALME et le SILENCE de ces locations sont appréciés.
Vous bénéficierez d’infrastructures et de services destinés à vous rendre votre séjour toujours plus agréable.
Le lieu, est vert et arboré, il est particulièrement silencieux, les oliviers centenaires sont magnifiques ; ici, tout est mis en œuvre pour que ce calme soit respecté.
L’isolation phonique et thermique des appartements a été étudiée. Il est expressément demandé aux vacanciers la plus grande quiétude dans le jardin ou les parties communes.
La literie de très bonne qualité, les menuiseries neuves, le mobilier est fonctionnel, TV LED, four multifonctions, cuisines bien équipées.
Les animaux ne seront pas tolérés dans la location sans l’accord du propriétaire.

For us, 2 month later, we don't remember very well, but really, if you rent an apartment sheets included, you don't insist on having them ? Response from the owner Il vaut mieux communiquer et passer un agréable séjour, que de donner à postériori un avis de regrets. Bien entendu, un sac poubelle est à disposition. Tout ustensile de vaisselle supplémentaire est donné sur demande. Si vous souhaitez un porte manteau supplémentaire, demandez également, le propriétaire habite sur place. Certains appartements avec terrasse donnent sur la jardin.

Response from the owner La forte majorité des vacanciers apprécient les locations de la résidence du Soleil. Quelquefois, nous accueillons des locataires insatisfaits. S'ils nous expriment leurs problèmes en direct, nous faisons le maximum pour les régler. Avec certains, en grande minorité heureusement, la critique permet de masquer un non-respect du logement mis à disposition. Dans ce cas, il est question de dégradations et d'effets très intimes laissés par madame dans la poubelle de salle de bain !... Comme quoi l'hygiène, et l'honnêteté, n'ont pas la même signification pour tout le monde.
