Welcome to BIG SURF

Our professionally decorated 4 bedroom beach home is just 100 yards to the beach and has just been completely renovated. Featuring new furniture and bedding with all the amenities you may need to thoroughly enjoy your beach vacation. Our 2000sf home boasts a large living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, private backyard oasis, and 2 car garage. Top to bottom everything is all new. Master bedroom has full king suite with 50" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, separate vanity area, ensuite bathroom, and private French doors to amazing backyard with hot tub. Second bedroom has a new queen hybrid mattress on an electric adjustable bed (Mar 2019), 40" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and also private French doors to backyard. The third bedroom has a full size bed, trundle bed with two twin beds, ceiling fan, and 40" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a new queen hybrid mattress on an electric adjustable bed (Mar 2019), twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, and a 40" flat screen TV. The oversized living room has a premium love seat and a sofa sleeper with upgraded hybrid queen mattress for extra guests. Dining room is large enough for our oversized eight-seat dining table and a separate four-seat round gaming table. Family room has a six person sectional couch with large 55" Smart TV. Our professionally landscape backyard is a tropical retreat and great for relaxing or entertaining large parties. Our large 800sf paver patio hosts a lighted gazebo with 6-person hot tub, six seat dining patio set, 20 foot circular sand pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit (firewood provided), hammock, 40 foot sand horseshoe pit with bocce balls and corn hole for your family enjoyment. After relaxing at the beach you can even wash off in our ‘extra large’ outdoor shower while enjoying cold and HOT dual-zone sprays. Our front yard renovation was just completed and has a large 500sf paver patio to enjoy the ocean breezes and view. Our front parking area holds 3 cars, driveway holds 4 cars, and at least 1 car can fit in the garage. The oversized garage has all the outdoor items you may need including bicycles, sporting equipment, beach chairs, beach cart, wagon, kids riding toys, all while still having room for your vehicle.

Our goal when we bought this house was to design a world-class beach get-a-way that no one would ever want to leave. During our recent 6-month long renovation we have upgraded everything in our home. The list of new items includes all new windows and doors, wood flooring in main areas and carpet in bedrooms, bathroom fixtures and vanities, On-demand tankless water heater (never run out of hot water), high-end kitchen appliances, lighting and ceiling fans, bedroom sets with high-end hybrid mattresses, interior painting including ceilings, roof, backyard tropical paradise with a large gazebo and fire pit and horseshoe pit, large outdoor dual temperature dual spray shower stall, 6-person hot tub with salon lounger-lighting-waterfall and Bluetooth speakers. All interior and exterior furniture, fixture, and decor are also brand new. We have even installed a home automation system for your convenience and safety. Not stopping there, because we know what can be important to some vacationers, we installed a HIGH-speed WiFi and DIRECTV with all the movie channels including the NFL ticket. All new 55" flat screen TV in the family room and all new 40" flat screen smart TVs in the bedrooms. Home is also child friendly with toys, games, high-chair, and baby crib for your convenience. The garage has bicycles, sports equipment, beach wagons, beach toys, and beach towels for your use as well. We just ask that you please keep them clean and place the back for our next guests.

Our primary goal is for you to thoroughly enjoy your stay in our home and will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and exceed your expectations!

The home is secured with a Home Automation system and the main door entry has a coded keyless entry lock for your convenience. You will receive your private code the day before your check-in. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you check-out.

We are flexible with our check-in/check-out policy and will try to accommodate your requests, but will need to time to coordinate before we can approve alternate times.

You are responsible for paying a total of 12.5% tax; 6% is remitted to the County of Volusia Tourist Development Tax office. The additional 6.5% is remitted to the Florida Department of Revenue.

We are very understanding so please tell us if you lose or break an item. We may not charge you for it and will want to replace it for others to use.

Getting around

There is a bus stop on A1A, but I recommend biking, jogging, or strolling on the beach. Get your groceries on the way to the house and you won’t ever need to drive until your vacation is over....

Interaction with guest

We are available by phone 24/7 for any questions you may have. Our local family members and friends are available for your assistance as well. The HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are all brand new but if you do have an issue we have setup contracted companies for immediate concerns. You will have everything you need at our home except food, toiletries, and your clothing. Just sit back, relax, and just enjoy your vacation-worry free!
