Welcome.
We have created a child-friendly gîte complex (4 gîtes) and a chambre d'hôte with facilities for our less able guests
• Classified as 3 star Meublé de Tourisme
• Comfortably accommodate 21 guests
• In our Grande Salle we can hold family or business functions for up to 50
• Fully insulated with electric radiators in every room
• Free wifi in gîte, garden and poolside
• Papillon école de langue is on site with a large classroom, wifi and a large interactive screen so you can brush up your French or English
Pervenche - 2 bedroom gîte with family bathroom. Ideal for a young family, it has a downstairs WC . The double aspect terrace faces south & west. It has a patio table & chairs, sun loungers, BBQ & overlooks toddler’s play area.
Many safety features including; induction hobs, electric plug socket covers, child lock on the under-sink cupboard in kitchen, non-slip shower tray, sensor LED night-light on the landing, baby changing facility at the swimming pool. We can also provide, on request (at the time of booking & free of charge): stairgate, baby cot (linen excluded), high chair, nightlights for the children’s bedrooms, baby bath and potty, bowls & cutlery.
The ground floor (27m2):
• Open plan living area, large door and window units facing west and south so is very light and airy
• Lounge area with a comfortable sofa, an armchair and bean bag
• Extendable dining table and chairs
• Large fully fitted kitchen
• TV, satellite and DVD player
• WC
An open tread staircase leads to the first floor
• Bedroom 1 (10.5m2) is light and airy. It has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers
• Bedroom 2 (7.5m2) has 2 single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe with two drawers
• Additional storage space is available in the under-bed storage boxes
• Bathroom has a shower, a wash basin with a large mirror and vanity unit and a toilet
• The beds all have foam mattresses, anti allergy duvets and pillows.
Elsewhere:
• There is a communal laundry with two washing machines, iron and ironing boards
• A library with books for all ages (both English and French), DVDs, in both languages and a selection of games. Tourist leaflets & maps
• Our Salle de Jeux (42m2) has a table tennis table and table football and other indoor and outdoor games for all ages
• Our 50m2 enclosed, covered & secure toddlers play area with swing, slide, playhouse, sand pit etc.
Swimming pool:
• A heated salt water swimming pool (11mx5m) wrapped around by a large terrace
• Fully fenced with a security gate and a rigid cover
• A large pavilion (7mx4m) to one side giving shade from the sun
• Toilet and baby changing area within one of the poolside cabanes
• A selection of sun loungers and chairs
• WC and shower.
In the garden:

Please leave the gîte in a clean & tidy condition, as you would expect to find it when you arrive. If it is not then we will deduct 100€ from the damages deposit to enable us to arrange a cleaner at short notice.

2. You must supply your own bed linen and towels
3. We will undertake periodic joint inspections of the gîte
