Mykonos Art Villas is a new hospitality concept in the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos. They combine luxury vacations and modern art. Actually they are luxurious villas containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges. One could say that they are Art Galleries that contain home facilities! Another unique characteristic of the Mykonos Art Villas is that we provide short term introductory in-villa painting courses.
The villas are built with all modern facilities and comforts using the traditional Cycladic architecture.
All the above, combined with a professional and personalized service, guarantee a unique and totally new holiday experience.
The villas are ideal for families or groups of friends, looking for exclusivity and privacy on the island of Mykonos.
Villa Overview:
Mykonos art villa is a 200 m2 luxurious residence containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges.
It is located in the west part of the island, at Pouli (Ornos), overlooking magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, breathtaking sunsets, Chora (Mykonos town,) and 7 surrounding islands (Delos, Syros, Tinos, etc.).
The villa is comprised of 2 living rooms, 5 double bedrooms. 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 6 outdoor sitting areas (3 with pergolas), a BBQ, a little church and a big swimming pool.
Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 are located in the main 2-floor house and 1 is autonomous and independent, located around the private pool area.
The villa sleeps 10 people in the 5 rooms, but using the 3 sofa-beds of the 2 living rooms, 6 more people could be accommodated. Therefore the theoretical total number of persons accommodated is 16.

Mykonos Art Villa is located on the west- south west side of the island, therefore overlooking magnificent Aegean Sea sunsets!
It is only a few minutes’ drive (4.5 Km) from the cosmopolitan city of Mykonos and 1.5 Km from the beautiful and well sheltered Ornos beach.
All the facilities necessary to the visitors such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and cafeterias are easily accessible from the villa in 2-3 minutes.
Ornos Beach is a sandy beach, located at the southwest cost of Mykonos, only 3 Km away from Mykonos main town. There is a daily boat service to other Mykonos beaches and also excursions to the island of Delos. Various exciting watersports are also available there.
Its ideal location, where peaceful, beautiful and romantic sunsets are combined with art, comfort and action, make Mykonos Art Villa a unique experience and an ideal place to live!

In-villa painting lessons:
These short term introductory in-villa painting courses are designed to provide the basic elements of painting to people with no experience at all. These people will work with acrylic colors and will explore the fundamental theoretical and technical approach to making abstract paintings on canvas. After an initial overview of color, light, texture and composition, followed by a brief cycle of basic color-mixing and paint handling simple methods, most of the remaining in-villa time will be spent in making a few paintings, under the painter’s supervision and guidance. The painter and all the students will also create a relatively big painting.

“Magnificent villa!”
This is a breathtaking villa.it was everything we could have asked for and more.the unique about this place was the art work.i have never stayed in a place like this before!every room has different paintings.we decided to have the art classes!i don't think there are many people who can say that they have visited Mykonos and had this experience!the views are out of this world!just endless blue.there was even a church on site!our only mistake was that we didn't hire a car straight away.it is needed to visit the supermarket to get supplies.waitimg time for taxis is horrendous in mykonos
