Au coeur des vignes d'une propriété viticole à Saint-Emilion, la maison dispose de 3 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain, une grande pièce à vivre cuisine/salle à manger et un salon bibliothèque, le tout de plein pied devant une grande terrasse et un jardin. Vous serez totalement autonome mais si vous le souhaitez nous serons ravis de vous faire découvrir notre propriété de 12 ha produisant du Saint-Emilion grand cru, du Saint-Emilion et du Bordeaux et de vous proposer nos diverses activités pour découvrir Sain-Emilion et les alentours de manière insolite et approfondie : ballades en giropode Segway, déjeuner/diner dégustation, visite commentée, dégustation, séminaire, formation, organisation d'anniversaire, etc.... La cuisine comporte un mini cave à vin dans laquelle nous avons disposé des vins de la propriété et des vins que nous aimons de plusieurs régions de France pour vous en faire bénéficier toujours au prix propriété.Nous sommes à la campagne, au milieu des vignes, à 4,5 kilomètres du clocher de Saint-Emilion. Vous disposez d'une terrasse et d'un jardin dédié ainsi qu'à la belle saison d'une piscine extérieure partagée. Si vous êtes seuls dans la maison, vous vivrez comme à la maison en prêtant attention au lieux et aux équipements mis à votre disposition. La maison peut se louer entière ou par chambre. Dans tous les cas, en plus de votre chambre, vous aurez accès à la cuisine et au salon-bibliothèque. Si vous êtes avec d'autres voyageurs, s'ajoutent le respect de vos voisins de chambre et vice versa. C'est avant tout l'occasion de rencontres conviviales et de partage autour d'un bon verre de vin !
