The day part consists of a large living / dining room surrounded by 4 large windows facing south and with access to the terrace / pool (100 m²) and a large garden (400 m²). The kitchen is open with a counter. The night consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shower room with washbasin and a bathroom with shower, double vanity, double bath and sauna for 4/5 people. One room is equipped with a desk. The facilities provided are: Kitchen: Oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hob, kettle, 2 coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster. Living room: flat screen TV and sound bar, hi-fi system, DVD player, VCR, Super Nintendo game console. Bathroom: Hair dryer: TV Other: Laundry machine, dryer, iron. Baby equipment: 2 beds umbrella, baby seat, bath, potty and toilet booster seat, stroller. Garden: Swing, closed barbecue. Ideally located 10km from the center of La Rochelle Angoulins-sur-Mer faces the Pertuis of Antioch bounded by the islands of Ré, Aix and Oléron. It borders with the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage. The street Grenet Motte is close to the sea with more direct access to beaches of Angoulins (300m) and pedestrian and bicycle paths linking La Rochelle Chatelaillon Plage. The village center is within walking distance (650m) and includes convenience stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy). Carrefour Shopping Center is within 5 minutes drive.

“Superbe maison”
Un superbe maison lumineuse et spacieuse. La structure de la maison permet à 8 adultes de loger sans jamais se gêner. Le jardin est également très agréable. Bref, à fortement conseiller!
