Description

The Residence La Casara is the residence (with summer swimming pool) closer to the center of Lazise and to the beach. The apartment is placed 600m (10 minutes’ walk) from Lazise down-town and 500m (10 minutes’ walk) from the public beach lake-side. Verona is half an hour drive far.

Great solution for couples and families with children. The apartment is totally furnished. It consists in a double room with a double bed, a living room with a convertible sofa and a bath.

Living room, is provided with cooking area and it is facing the private garden, perfect place to have lunch/dinner or just taking a rest.

It is possible to have sheets and towels with an additional price of 18 Euros per person, to be booked at least one week in advance and payable locally.

Free WIFI available.

Cable Television supporting German/Italian/Holland/UK/French channels.

Private parking.

Residence is including a free access outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area. The swimming pool is open from 15th May to September, some variations are possibile for the weather.

All around services are ensuring everything needed to just enjoy your journey: playgrounds, bike path, bike rental services, Italian and international restaurants and supermarkets.

We inform our customers that, in the year 2017, the towns of Lazise and Bardolino carry out the upgrading works of the telephone and Internet network, then WiFi networks may be subject to service interruptions that do not depend on the host, or by him service chosen. The swimming pool of the residence not being heated (like all non-heated swimming pools in Italy) is open only in summer. In autumn it is emptied and covered with a blue cloth. It is therefore closed and not accessible for all autumn, winter and spring. In the spring it is discovered, carefully cleaned and any maintenance work is done. It is generally open and usable from mid-May to mid-October.
