B&B situato in una vecchia villa di campagna di fine '800 con parco e vista panoramica sulle Dolomiti Bellunesi. L'edificio e' stato di recente restaurato mantenendone il calore originario, utilizzando esclusivamente materiali naturali e di recupero.
Villa 61 e' un luogo unico, connubio tra caratteristiche originarie dell'edificio attentamente conservate (travature in legno antico, facciate in sassi squadrati a mano) e un accurato restauro interno scegliendo materiali di recupero (pavimenti in cementine di inizio '900, pavimenti in legno vecchio massiccio). Allo scopo di creare un luogo sano e salutare dove vivere e soggiornare, il restauro e' stato eseguito seguendo i principi della bio architettura: fibra di legno, canapa, solai a secco, vernici all'acqua, fabbisogno energetico proveniente dall'impianto fotovoltaico e, soprattutto, tutti gli intonaci sono in argilla cruda, garantendo il massimo comfort e benessere ai nostri ospiti grazie alle proprietà traspiranti e anallergiche. L'arredo, inoltre, e' frutto di una lunga ricerca, principalmente tra i mercatini dell'Italia e della Francia, scelto accuratamente per aggiungere raffinatezza e charme allo stile rustico della casa. Ogni oggetto all'interno delle camere e' unico, e, unito al resto, garantisce un esperienza di viaggio rilassante, salutare, emozionante ed irrepetibile.
Un aspetto assolutamente non trascurabile a Villa 61 e' la COLAZIONE! Proponiamo un vero turismo del gusto e dei sapori, facendovi gustare le nostre brioche appena sfornate, le torte preparate con tanta cura, le marmellate e altre preparazioni fatte in casa, lo yogurt e il burro di latteria, il pane del rinomato Panificio Limanese, il caffe' della moka, la frutta dei produttori locali, i succhi freschi, il miele di Limana (Paese del Miele DOP). E per chi lo desidera anche la colazione salata, con i salumi e i formaggi delle latterie della Valbelluna. Prendete il tempo di assaporare tutto, la stanza Arco e' dedicata a voi e alla vostra colazione!
Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione il parco che circonda Villa 61. Nel giardino a Sud potrete godere presto del sole, rilassarvi sulla terrazza sotto il melo centenario, assaporare il profumo dei fiori (gelsomini, rose, ortensie, lavande...), ammirare la verde campagna, i filari delle vigne, e ovviamente fare colazione all'aperto, il tutto cullati dal rumore delle cicale... Nel giardino a Nord vi aspetta la grande terrazza con vista sulle Dolomiti Bellunesi, perfetta per il sole pomeridiano e i momenti di relax. Qui si gode di un panorama incredibile e il momento piu' suggestivo e' sicuramente il tramonto, ammirato sorseggiando un aperitivo della casa.
Villa 61 e' immersa nel verde, con un grande parco circostante, prati coltivati e con i cavalli. Siamo in un luogo molto tranquillo dove in primavera ed estate ci svegliano gli uccelini, durante il giorno ci accompagnano i concerti delle cicale e alla sera quelli delle rane. Di notte, i balli delle lucciole e i cieli stellati. In autunno e inverno, i cervi e i caprioli vengono a bussare alla porta. E tutto questo, anche se ben nascosto, non e' difficile da raggiungere: siamo a soli 400 metri dalla strada provinciale della Sinistra Piave, il centro di Limana e' dotato di tutti i servizi (panificio, supermercato, farmacia, posta, banche...) ed e' raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti. Siamo a 7 Km da Belluno e 23 Km da Feltre, senza contare tutti i piccoli centri della Valbelluna. Un posto strategico per andare in tanti punti della Provincia di Belluno e non solo: in solo un'ora di auto si può andare a Venezia o sulle cime delle Dolomiti.
Villa 61 e' dotata di parcheggio privato gratuito. Il centro di Limana e' raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e qui si possono trovare tutti i servizi neccessari e utili. Se dovesse servire andare o arrivare da Belluno o Feltre, la fermata dell'autobus e' a soli 300 metri. Gli aeroporti di Venezia e Treviso sono entrambi a 45 minuti di distanza. Su richiesta, possiamo venirvi a prendere e/o riportare.
