One of the few beachfront buildings with a heated pool, available for 7-night minimum stays. Fully renovated contemporary beach condo. Bright kitchen with breakfast bar. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
You are only a 10-minute walk to Pier 60 where you can enjoy Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting, with music, live entertainment and people selling fun stuff! Across the street from the Pier is the Clearwater Marina where you can make arrangements to go out on the Pirate ship, a dolphin watching excursion, para-sailing or a lunch or dinner cruise among many options!
Easy walking access to many restaurants and your typical beach shopping! Come and enjoy the sunsets and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer!
This condo is secured with ResortLock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.

Response from the manager Bad weather is always a misfortune on vacation, which is regrettable. The comment about wind noise was sent to our maintenance. We don't restock beach supplies because they are commonly not returned, unfortunately. We are glad to hear that these guests many features of their unit.
