Description

This charming studio condo is the perfect place to relax in between afternoons on the sand and time out by the heated pool. This unit provides a queen sized bed with large, wall mounted flat screen TV which can be seen either from the bed or the couch.

A nautical touch is the hallmark of the decorating in this unit with beautiful plantation shutters that slide across the glass door leading to the balcony and are used as a clever divider between the sleeping area and the living area. There is a safe provided for your use in the walk-in closet.

The kitchenette is the size for a little breakfast and a quick lunch but will also allow you to toss together a tasty dinner using the two burners and the built-in microwave.

The balcony has a view down onto the heated pool and has a view of the intra-coastal waterway. There is a grill down on the ground floor with a few tables for your use. Just up the street is access to several restaurants, Walgreen\'s and beach shopping. The white sand of Clearwater Beach is about a three block, 10 minute walk away.

A 20 minute walk takes you up to Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you can arrange all sorts of things to do out on the Gulf or the intra-coastal waterway.

This unit is an affordable alternative to staying in a big hotel, allowing you more space than a normal hotel room and the added benefit of staying in a smaller property with its own pool.

Sleeping and living area - are separated by a privacy wall made from plantation shutters. Wireless High Speed access is available in the unit. Cable TV, 36 inch flat screen TV mounted on the wall which can be viewed either from the bed or the couch in the living area.

Bath - one sink with a toilet and tub/shower combo to the right and a walk in closet to the left. Safe for valuables in the closet for your use.

Kitchenette - Hotplate style stove top. Built-in microwave oven. Toaster, small coffee maker, electric frying pan. Fridge with freezer section.

Dinning Area - Seating for three at the table.

General Property Amenities - Heated pool and BBQ grill on the ground level. One assigned parking space off street. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and a 10 minute walk the sand of Clearwater Beach. A coin operated washer and dryer is available.

Security - This property features a coded lock that generates a unique entry code especially for you. Previously issued codes expire upon guests departure offering you peace of mind security.
