This beautifully updated, bay front condo on the seventh floor affords a delightful holiday experience.

This unit has recently been updated with fresh paint throughout and including the ceiling. New water heater, ceiling fans, crown molding, vertical blinds on sliders, plantation shutters in guest rooms and Memory foam toppers on all the beds. The living room has a new entertainment center with TV soundbar that has bluetooth. In addition, the kitchen has new GE appliances; refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher. New bar stools, kitchen towels, flatware and plastic glasses too.

From the wrap-around Gulf and intra-coastal views, to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, to the luxuriously appointed bedrooms, this condo has it all.

This unit has wi-fi as well as local and long distance telephone service.

The living room and each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV.

There is a full size washer and dryer are in the condo. This unit comes with it\'s own poolside storage area!

The Harborview Grande is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach - which holds the Florida record for the most days of sunshine per year - 361!

It is a few steps from the world famous sugar sand beaches and a short walk from famous Pier 60, with almost nightly viewings of the most beautiful and dramatic sunsets in the world.

Restaurants, shopping, all water activities, including dolphin watching, dinner cruises, two casino cruises daily, pirate ship cruising, jet-skiing, windsurfing, para-sailing and deep sea fishing, are within a short walking distance from the condo. Miniature golf is across the street.

This family friendly beach community, a marvelous spot for a destination wedding, has interests and fun for the youngest to the oldest family member!

Pool is heated November through March.

This condo is secured with an electronic lock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.
