Old tenement in elegantly restored stone. Nestled in the green countryside of Ragusa, it can accommodate up to 14 people. The entire property provides privacy and relaxation for those who want to enjoy a refreshing holiday, enjoying the sun of Sicily by the pool. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a double detached from the main body with a private bathroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a double. From the dining room of the ground floor onto the covered porch overlooking the garden where the pool is located. Flanked to the veranda is the local bakery where there are the stone barbecue and wood-burning oven and the laundry room with outdoor shower. Outside, ample parking, small play area. The property is completely fenced. The block is located in the sciclitana countryside, just 4 km from the Ragusa feature sandy beach and only 4 km from Scicli, small baroque town became part of the UNESCO since 2002. Due to its strategic location is very easy to reach goals typical tourist sites such as Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Taormina, Agrigento etc .. Distance to Catania airport: 125 km. Distance Comiso airport: just 45 km away.
