Description

Le Mas des Béradis offers 2 charming cottages opened in 2016 in a cozy setting. Decorated in a shabby style, they are the result of a passion for decorating and for natural materials such as wood and whitewash with lime. They are equipped with all the current elements of comfort. They are labeled 4 **** in furnished accommodation, pledging collateral benefits. In the house "The fig tree", the rooms are equipped with: - a bed 160 X 200 in a chamber and - two bunk beds and a single bed in the other chamber (90 x 190) in the cottage "the Oliver "- a bed 160 x 200 in the master bedroom and - two beds 90 x 200 can be combined for a second cut (180 x 200) beds are made upon arrival, towels and tea towels are available. You think only of your personal belongings. Household products, laundry, dishwasher tablets are provided. Only beach towels are not provided for hygienic reasons. Garden furniture and chairs await you on the terrace in summer. Remote of 1.3 km from the city center, yet there reigns a spirit campaign. The calm is the key word places and pool adds to your well-being. Ideally located, they are the starting point for many hiking or mountain biking. Since the property you will have a view of the great monuments of Uzes but also on the Cevennes. Children are welcome and we provide all the equipment they may need.

“Full of French Charm, close to town with a great pool”

The house is a 25 minute walk into the beautiful town of Uzes - or a 3 minute drive. Fine to walk in daylight but not after dark as the last 10 minutes is on unlit roads. The outside areas are lovely - a really warm pool (even in mid September) that gets sun all day and private seating and eating areas for the two gites. The two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and these are well furnished in a shabby chic style. The kitchen / living room and the loo are downstairs.. well equipped and comfortable. Dominique and Alain are welcoming and friendly hosts.
