Dimokritos Villas is a complex of six Villas - each of them with separate facilities and private pools - beautifully appointed in the Cretan country side, offering magnificent views of the surrounding area, the nearby hills, as well as the sea at the horizon.

Dimokritos Villas are just 3 km away from the picturesque settlement and the sandy, organised beaches of Geropotamos, ideal for family holidays! Also, a selection of cafes, tavernas, gift shops, mini markets and ATM machine are available in Panormo. Also, for those who enjoy hiking there is a country path of 1,5 km leading to Panormos, but it’s advisable to cross it only by day!

Layout

Dimokritos Villa I is a 100 m2 Villa, consisted of two levels, which can accommodate up to 8 guests in it’s 3 bedrooms. The Villa is tastefully decorated with furniture of modern design, chosen carefully in order to make your self-catered vacation as easy and comfortable as possible!

Ground Floor

As you enter the Villa you will find yourselves in a lovely open-plan space, featuring the living room with an open fireplace and two cosy sofas, where two guests can be accommodated. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is right next to the living room, so the whole family can spend some time together, while relaxing or preparing your meals! Both the living room and kitchen areas offer direct access to the shaded veranda, swimming pool and lawn covered terrace. Additionally, one of the Villa’s bedrooms, boosting a double, is located on the ground floor, along with a family bathroom with a shower.

First Floor

A few steps above, the remaining two bedrooms of Dimokritos Villa I can be found, each one with two single beds. In one of the bedrooms the two beds can also be used as a double bed. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned and are airy and sunny all day long. Both bedrooms open up to a large veranda equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool terrace and enjoying amazing sunset views. Finally, a family bathroom with bathtub is also located on this floor.

Exterior

Moving outdoors, a magnificent 200m2 outdoor area welcomes you and invites you to to indulge in the summer breeze, hot sun and enjoy the pleasures of summer, under the clear blue skies! The private swimming pool 1.5 meters deep has a special compartment for kids 0.4 meters deep and it is 35m2 in total and it’s equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can spend as many hours as you wish out in the open! Additionally, the outdoor BBQ facilities and the dining and sitting area, will tempt you to try your cooking skills and al fresco dining! To make things even better, our young guests will love the large lawn covered area with a garden swing, keeping them busy and happy!
