Great first impressions are evident from the moment you enter this lovely condo and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views from our private oversized lanai. We know you'll adore our comfortably decorated oceanfront condo and have the relaxing vacation you've been dreaming of.

This unit unfolds as you walk through the door offering a visual delight with a large open living space and master bedroom with views, views, views! With over 1200 square feet you'll have plenty of room to move around and you can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

This unit also features central air, kitchen with silestone counter tops and updated appliances, gorgeous decor in the open living and dining room area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, den and the Unit has a great oversized outdoor lanai.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other bedroom has two twins, and we provide a full sized sleeper sofa + a rollaway bed for accommodations up to 6.

Included are (3) Flat Panel TV's, DVD player, DVR and free Wifi internet connection, free local calling and premium cable.

Step outside and you'll see this condo is right between the two main bodies of water in Siesta Key, giving you unique access to boating, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. On one side, is the Gulf of Mexico, with a beautiful new beach of white sand over 100ft wide. On the other side is Sarasota Bay, with a large dock right off the parking lot, perfect for renting boats, fishing, and kayaking.
