Penthouse suite (8th floor) corner end unit. Very private and quiet, on the sand for rent on beautiful Daytona Beach, Fl, three (3) miles from Daytona International Speedway as well as walking distance to restaurants, bars and attractions. No car necessary! This top floor unit has panoramic, unobstructed ocean and beach views from the inviting balcony, living room, and even kitchen area. There are even city and sunset views from the large bedroom window and balcony. The Daytona Beach Pier and it's summer fireworks are amazing! This is the largest 1 bedroom unit in peaceful, non smoking Harbor Beach Resort, sleeping 2 on a new temperpedic, memory foam mattress in a Murphy bed, giving the unit space for a provided roll top desk! This is my personal home, never been rented or smoked in. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated with leather reclining sofa, tv and dvd player. There is a full sized fridge, new counter tops, and lots of storage cabinets. The bathroom features a full tub and shower. Harbor Beach Resort is gated and has full day and night security, private beach access, a large pool, Jacuzzi, exercise facility, wi-fi and cable tv. NOW FOR THE BEST PART, you can choose whatever 3 month period you prefer. I will accommodate your schedule. Start and end in the middle of the month to fit into your holiday schedule! $1500 per month plus a $200 damage and cleaning deposit which I will refund in cash after satisfactory inspection on your departure day.
