The apartment “Torrione San Giovanni” is located in the historical city centre of Terracina, on the top of a VI Century A.C.’s Roman-Byzantine tower. It is protected by the State since 1907, due to its peculiar structure. Gracefully furnished, it comprises of 2 bedrooms equipped with superb Coco-mat® bed solutions, a bathroom, a full-equipped kitchen-dining room (dish-washer, washing machine, oven, etc.), a living-room and a romantic outdoor veranda. From this 80 sqm.’s apartment you get a splendid 360° view taking into Monte Circeo, Pontine Islands, the cathedral, Tempio di Giove Anxur,...
From the apartment it is approximately a 15 minutes’ walk to the Tyrranian sea with its 5 km long sandy beach. You can easily park the car in its surroundings (a free car park is located 300 mts from the apartment).
Cleaning lady and cooking are available upon request as well as taxi service from/to the airports of Rome and Naples. Water, electricity and gas are included in the rent, as well as a weekly cleaning and a towels/sheets changing.
The owners, direct descendants of major local families (counts Antonelli and counts Pace), formerly landlords of the nearby countryside, offer the possibility of short and long term stays throughout the year.

To be our guests means enjoying a special and very private taste of Italy, both in Rome ("My home in Rome"), Umbria ("Villa Negri-Arnoldi alla Bianca") and Terracina ("I Torrioni", "Torrione San Giovanni I", "Torrione San Giovanni II" and "Torrione San Lorenzo"). Since September 2014 we also provide to our guests special tours in Rome on board of 1970's original Fiat 500 and 1963's Piaggio Vespa Special ("500 views of Rome").

This flat is probably the best place to stay in Terracina. The flat has an amazing view and a very nice (website hidden) Is on the top of old city. has a well equipped kitchen and a nice clean bathroom. there is a good market nearby. (Maria)

We had a very nice days is Terracina in Torrione San Giovanni. The Flat was really nice and especially the view over Terracina, the Sea and San Felice you have from the stairs in front of the flat. Even if you have to climb many many stairs to reach the doorstep, the view rewards you for your effort. We enjoyed this view every evening with a glass of wine :-) The flat was clean und the kitchen and the bathroom new renovated. It was big enough for 4 adults and i think it's also OK for a Family with 2 or 3 childs. (Teresa)
We liked the apartment. It's spacy and has all things you may need. It's placed at top point of old city with wonderful views so if you want to make some sport you will get it But after 2 days you are in a good shape (if wasn't before) and it doesn't make any problems. So I can recommend it. (Dmitriy)
