The apartment is located on the ground floor, with shady garden and 2 terraces with the possibility to sit outside, with dining area. In the bedroom with double bed, closet, bed linen is available, in the living room in country style are dining table u. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom, recently renovated, with shower, toilet and sink is equipped with hand and bath towels u.Foehn.In this apartment there is a safe, Wi-Fi and Airconditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and dishwasher, 2 terraces / loggia on the ground floor with access to the garden. A parking space in the fenced garden is available. The house is well maintained and non-smoking. The apartment is located in a privileged location, quiet, not far from the train station / bus stop to Venice / Padua, Treviso, with the suburban train you are in 25 minutes in the heart of Venice. Thanks to a very good road network you can reach in a short time the most beautiful cities for art and culture like Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Ravenna. Also ideal by bus and train. There is the possibility for Parkrennen / Footing, cronometrisiert with evaluation, free of charge. Info will be given upon arrival. A trip to the surrounding wine regions for Prosecco, Merlot and Pinot is highly recommended.
