Description
Sarris House is an Agrotourism House located in Xirokampi, Chania. . At the rural and calm village of Xirokambi, 3 km from the seaside, a beautiful, ancient house, reflecting the colors and the air of Crete, is waiting for you.
Family Sarris will welcome you warmly and will tell you all about their traditions.
Here, you will enjoy some pure moments of pleasure, in Cretan style.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable and traditional Cretan furniture.
The wood and stone elements dominate and give a warm atmosphere, while making your holiday careless.
There is a staircase taking you to the houseʼs main entrance. At this level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two double rooms with bathroom (shower), a mezzanine with a double bed and a nice, furnished balcony. There is an interior staircase which gives access to the ground floor where you may find a double room with bathroom (shower) and a furnished courtyard, with an independent entrance and access to the garden.
The house includes heating, air-conditioning, fireplace, washing machine, dish-washer, TV, radio and CD-player, baby-cot and, in general, all the basic home equipment.
The garden and all the exterior places are pleasantly designed in order to make you relax, enjoying the wonderful view at the village, the valley and the sea (from the 1st floor).

Xirokampi settlement can be found on a 18 km distance from the city of Chania and 28 km from the international airport of Chania.
Following the new National Road from Chania to Kissamos, when you meet the sign saying Platanias, you make a right turn and continue straight towards Maleme. At about 3 km, you’ll meet the village Pyrgos Psilonerou and on your left the sign over to Xirokampi. Pass the village Kontomari and after about 2Km you’ll reach the settlement.
Sarris House can be found in the centre of the settlement left by the street. From the splendid beach of Pyrgos Psilonerou abstains approximately 3Km and around 4km from Maleme where you can find taverns, Super market, Drugstore, Medical Centre. In Platanias which is about 6km distance, you can also find banks.

From Heraklion:
Direction towards Rethymnon and Chania. After the city of Chania (do not enter in the city center) take the direction towards Platania and then to Kissamos and Kolymbari. As soon as you passed the villages of Gerani and Pyrgos Psilonerou, turn left towards Kontomari and Xirokambi (160 km, 3 hours approx.)

Visitors apart from their comfortabl stay will have the pisibility to enjoy the goods of Cretan hospitality. To our visitors it is offered:

Fresh vegetables and fruits (biological farming) from our garden.
Bread and Rust baked in traditional way in our woodoven.
Cretan Raki (tsikoudia), the traditional Cretan drink, from our distillery.
Once a week we cook with our visitors traditional Cretan food.
