Description
Vignazze farmhouse built in stone at the end of '800, renovated in 2015 is located 500 meters from Punta Secca beach made famous by the television episodes of Montalbano.
The house is located within a farm where we grow vegetables in greenhouses.
The large manor house (280 square meters) is ideal to accommodate 8 people. E 'consists of: large entrance hall, dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry and 4 comfortable double bedrooms, totally independent and equipped with a private bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned for maximum comfort both in summer and winter.
Vignazze farmhouse is the ideal place for a large family, but also for several families or groups of friends as each bedroom is independent, with separate entrance from the outside and ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy.
Guests can enjoy the large outdoor space is decorated on the front of the house, living side, where there is a patio which provides shade and a light ventilation even on the hottest summer days, and on the back, side kitchen, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a barbecue instead of the house overlooks a large plot in which was recently planted an olive grove.
In the middle of the front garden there is also a bowling green.
The great land dedicated to the cultivation is not separated from the surrounding the house; it is important to pay attention in the case of small children. In the same property, in another wing of the property is another house, separate from the house, in which we reside generally we of the family when we are dry point to welcome our ospiti.Al center of the property is the 'old winery, a term that indicates the place where it was crushed grapes and fermented grape must; is a single room of about 300 square meters which is used for the organization of conferences, receptions and tastings.
