3 Palms Retreat - Gulf Front Retreat

Our 3 Palms Retreat is a large, beautifully designed and decorated, upscale retreat created with weddings, family gatherings, retreats, and other larger groups in mind. This amazing oceanfront retreat with private beach access awaits you and your guests. It features a perfect setting for beach weddings, great for Corporate Off-Sites, family reunions or entertaining large groups.

Our gulf-front property is composed of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a duplex with two 2-bedroom units, totaling 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our retreat will accommodate up to 16 guests.

The beachfront duplex is composed of two adjacent cottages providing over 2000 square feet of luxury space together. The main house provides 1500 sq ft.

Each unit in the gulf front duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living area and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the views.

The kitchen in each unit is equipped granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including smooth-top stove, a beautiful dining set, and every appliance and utensil we could think of. You will find everything you need to make a gourmet family meal or have a casual night in.

Each living room is spacious and features a large flat screen tv, comfortable seating and views of the beach.

The bedrooms in each unit feature a Queen size bed in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Each master bedroom has ocean views. Totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great set up for a family arrangement. All bedrooms are furnished exquisitely, with fine linens and cozy bedding.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful home features a kitchen, dining area and living area. All bedrooms in this property feature a King size bed. Enjoy pure luxury in this private home located in Indian Rocks Beach.

Our multi-family holiday resort has private access to a sensational beach and lots of space to spread out. Many of the families having reunions love being together but like to have their own space and this property provides just that! Having enough space to makes it more enjoyable for everyone.

Each cottage has laundry facilities. The home does not but there are in total 2 washers and 2 dryers.

A major remodel was completed in 2015.

Our resort is located within walking distance of excellent restaurants, boutique shopping and local entertainment!
