Westwinds Paradise:

Our Westwinds Paradise Beach House is located in an exquisite gated community of only seven homes and nestled on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

This gorgeous Florida Beach house is located just three houses away from the beach, you can be on the sand in less than one minute.

Out vacation rental is a glorious four-bedroom four-bathroom vacation home featuring 3 levels and 3100 sq ft. (There are two master suites for your enjoyment.)

This is unquestionably one of Indian Rocks Beach’s loveliest homes. This spectacular home features upscale furnishings and amazing attention to detail.

Our vacation home consists of two master suites, 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 trundle beds (4 twins) - to comfortably accomodate 12 guests.

The main level of our Westwinds Paradise Home consists of a master suite that features a king-size bed and a Trundle-bed (2 twins), private full bathroom and access to the private pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the first level.

The second level consists of a surprisingly large living area, dining area and kitchen. Second level also features a half bath.

Dining room table seats up to 8 with buffet table on side-wall. Kitchen/dining rooms are separated from the living room by a kitchen counter with four stools.

There is a wonderful mix of elegance and simplicity. The living room is a fabulous retreat to relax and watch a movie after a day at the beach. There is a large balcony on the second level off of the living area.

The third level of this beautiful home is unlike anything you've ever seen as it features two full bedrooms, one full bathroom and a second master suite with a private bathroom.

This second master suite has a King-size Bed, Trundle-bed (2 twins), his & hers California Closets, 37" Flat Screen TV and access to a second large balcony. This Awesome master bathroom features a large Jacuzzi tub as well as a large walk in shower.

Also on the third level you will find the third and fourth bedroom. The third bedroom has a King-size bed, California Closet and a 21-inch flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a California Closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

This great property sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably in absolute luxury.

This beach house is an impressive vacation rental in the Indian Rocks Beach area. It's a perfect vacation retreat for large groups, family get-togethers and corporate retreats.

Get your toes in the sand for sunset on the white powdery sand, or the balconies have spectacular views and there is plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy the sunsets.

Once you visit our Westwinds Paradise Beach Home, you'll want to return year after year.

Our great home comes with a private plunge pool and a pool area that is unsurpassed! Access to the pool is through the master suite on the first level or through the garage.

The pool area has lounge chairs for you to enjoy.

Overall our Westwinds Paradise vacation rental is the ultimate in beach luxury.

Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance. This great rental is located right on Gulf Blvd in Indian Rocks Beach, walking distance to many different things in the area. Hop over to “P.J.s Grill” for an evening of family fun, or visit “The Pub” for the best Oysters Rockerfeller in the world at the boatside tiki bar!

Please keep in mind that the Homeowner Association allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only.

Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day - up to 85 degrees
