What is better than Ocean front? Ocean front AND intracoastal waterway views!

Many of our guests say they have never stayed at a better condo.

This condo has 3005 square feet of living space and another 700 square feet of balcony space. This unit has water views from each bedroom and has 2 balconies. One directly on the ocean and the other facing the intracoastal for great sunsets. This unit is in the gorgeous Ocean Vistas Condominium. This unit is the largest unit in the top luxury Condo building in Daytona Beach shores.

This is a large 3005 sq. ft 3 BR/3.5 BA unit with direct oceanfront views from the Family room, the Dining room, the Kitchen and the Master Bedroom. You can see the ocean while laying in bed! The other 2 bedrooms have views of the intracoastal waterway and also partial ocean views.

Sliders from the Master BR and the Family Room lead to a large Balcony right on the ocean. Enjoy your meals on the Patio with the built-in grill.

The back balcony has sweeping views of the intracoastal and is great for viewing the fantastic sunsets.

Entertainment:

There is a flat panel 42' LCD TV in the family room with HD Blu Ray DVD player, library of DVDs for your enjoyment, Wii game system with games and many books for your reading pleasure. There is also a 32' LCD TV in the Master and 32' LCD TVs in the other 2 BRs.

Decoration:

The unit has been professionally decorated with luxury furniture and accents.

Included:

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is included except your clothes and your suntan lotion. For your convenience, this condo comes with many items already available such as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc.
