My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining.
The apartment is on level 17 of a 25 storey building, highly secured with round the clock security. This BMC apartment is in the near Phu My Hung area where has been named the "best living town" of Hochiminh city. You just take fro 05 mins to Phu My Hung and 10 - 15 mins by motorbike to Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao Blv , Russian Market, Le Thanh Ton street, Ben Thanh market.
The building has also restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket at the ground floor. You could easily access and try local food and anything you need for your staying.
The appartment is a 03 - bedroom unit, close 110 sqm with:
01 master room which has been at the corner with the botanic garden view
02 bedrooms with western designs
01 confortable kitchen and spacious living and dining area.

You are at the heart of the city, so you can easily go to some famous attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, backpacker street as Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao,
There are some supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants at the ground level of the building.
You could easily catch a Vinasun Taxi as they are usually parked on the street next to our building. Pay by meter 15,000 VNĐ/km.
Uber and Grab are also available or you could rent the scooter for roughly $10 US per day.
