Description

Our villa is perfectly located to reach everything in Moliets (beach, golf, shops and restaurants) within walking distance.

There is enough space for 3 families and the ensuite bathrooms provide privacy for everybody.

Because of our two teenage boys we still have lots of toys in the house which you can use for your kids. We also have: pool table, table soccer and table tennis

The house is also available in the low season (fall/spring and on x-mas/NY) where beaches, golf and trails are beautifully empty. Every room has a heater and its super cozy to sit together in front of the fireplace or use the nicely warm pool. We are also planning to equip the house with a Jacuzzi and sauna soon.

For indoor entertainment we have lots of books, games, cards, x-box, PlayStation, beamer with lots of videos and TV.

Our villa has a big living room with 4 comfortable leather sofas around the fireplace. The open kitchen has marbel surfaces a big firdge and is equiped with everything you need for your selfcatered holidays. The dining table has enough space for all guests.

From the living room you can enter the 60m2 terrace with big corner lounge and outside table and hammocks.

On the same floor you find 3 bedrooms with each a private bathroom.

On the first floor is a big TV with game consoles and dvds. Also you find there a pool table and table soccer. A balcony gives you a beautiful view towards the beach, gold and onto the pool area.

Another 3 bed rooms are situated on the first floor.

Our pool is heated and measures almost 13 meteres in length and is 5 meters wide.

Next to the pool is our self-made driftwood bar. It is equiped with a sink, and fridge. In the bar area you can relax in big lounge chairs and it's also the spot of the big (gas) BBQ. Also here is a garden table to enjoy the meals.

The pool is from November until April not heatin

Linen and towels are provided.
