Description
Beach Villa Caicara is located just behind La Piste beach. This lovely beach house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can see the sand dunes from the garden. Capbreton town and port are a 5 minutes walk away. This is a great location and a popular choice for families, surfers and golfers. This stunning property sits in the centre of a 1500m plot. During the summer the high vaulted ceilings of the lounge/dining area provide a cool area to retreat to from the heat of the day.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dish-washer, large fridge, range cooker, microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads out to the deck seating area and garden.There are two bedrooms downstairs, a twin . Plus a master bedroom which leads out to the deck and garden. The master bedroom, has an ensuite with a large shower and toilet. The master bedroom has doors leading to the deck area with views over the pool, garden and sand dunes. Upstairs there is another large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and toilet. The garden has a decked verandah and there is a built in BBQ for those who enjoy cooking alfresco. There is also a hot and cold outside shower.

TERMS: Rates are per week and based on 6 people staying. Bookings are usually from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. A deposit of 25% is payable within 3 days of booking to confirm and the balance eight weeks before arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £300 is required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let, but if this is not possible the management reserves the right to retain the deposit and to recover the balance due. Insurance cover can be obtained for any loss of this sort. If the accommodation reserved is suddenly not available due to storm, fire or other unforeseen circumstances, the owner cannot accept liability or responsibility but the deposit and any other rental money already paid will be refunded.CLEANING: You are responsible for keeping and leaving the property in clean and tidy condition. It is expected the house is left as good as found. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of 100 Euros. Please inform us upon booking.

“A little piece of heaven”
We stayed in Villa Caicara for the last week of August and first week of September 2011. A wonderful home for your holiday. Everything you need and so beautifully kept. Excellent location, so close to an amazing beach, but we were always glad to get back to the pool after an invigorating couple of hours surviving the waves! A short stroll to the town or to the seafront restaurants and shops. A perfect place for bike riding, bike lanes everywhere. We did use our car to explore the surrounding area and would recommend that although you could get away with not having one at Villa Caicara. The Villa itself is light and airy, a very relaxing house to be in. Jemma and Grant have thought of everything and are on hand if you need them (we did not need them as everything was perfect). The Villa is in a lovely neighbourhood and the town of Capbreton is lively enough but calm compared to nearby Hossegor. This was our fourth Villa holiday in France as a family and it was by far the best. Ten out of ten.

“A perfect summer holiday in Capbreton; sun, sea, sand and Villa Caicara”
We stayed at Villa Caicara in 2009 and 2011 for two weeks at a time and aim to return. The house is perfect for a family with a modern kitchen, very comfortable living space, three good sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It also has wifi and SkyTV(good for watching how wet it is in the UK!) Everything is made easy by the owners and they were on call for the slightest query. Do take your bicycles as we found we used our car once in the two week period. It's very easy to cycle to Hossegor or into the woods. The beach is cleaned every night and after a morning in the crashing waves, we'd wander back to the pool at the villa for a relaxing afternoon. The 2009 and 2011 holidays were two of the most memorable family breaks we've ever had thanks to Villa Caicara and Capbreton.
