One of the best closed plan 2BR villas in the entire complex, no doubt !
Multiple villa owner's preferred place to stay when he is in Sanur.
Gorgeous private 2 BR villa, centrally located in Sanur, in the Bali Emerald Villas complex. Easily one of the two most desirable 2BR villas in the entire complex. (Yes, we also own the other) We have recently conducted significant renovations and upgrades to the villa in order to make our guest's stays more comfortable. Check out the photos or drop by if you are considering us for a future booking. A short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to many shops and restaurants. Recently upgraded : canopied ironwood deck for BBQ area, a very attractive waterfall feature and wonderful cozy pool. Complimentary airport pick-up & delivery (minimum 5 night stay)
Complimentary late checkout until 4:00 PM provided there is no conflict with incoming guests.

ACCESS TO OWNERS
The owners share their time between Jakarta and Sanur, Bali but recently have been spending more and more time in Bali. No worries though, we are only a phone call away and stay in very close contact with our housekeepers. Any concerns you may have can be quickly communicated, considered and addressed.
AMMENITIES... too many to mention, but we will anyways.
We are sure you will enjoy the contribution from our long-time lovely Balinese housekeeper, Kadek, who will take care of you during your stay with us. Her duties include making up the rooms, general cleaning in the villa and full laundry / ironing services
You will feel safe and secure with 24 hr., round the clock, security. Back up power (gensets) are up and running quickly when the grid goes down, thanks to the villa complex standby Engineering staff. The villa is also kitted out with emergency lighting that kicks in immediately on a blackout until such time as the standby power is up and running.
Entertainment wise, there is a 46″ flat screen TV in the living area and 32″ flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms. A well stocked movie library via media player is provided in the living area, along with media player compatibility for all TV’s. Satellite and or IPTV is provided on all TV’s for your news, movies, sports and serial TV needs. Any movie, TV show or music requests. Not a problem, If I don’t have it in my extensive personal collection I will happy to provide and transfer to media player for your entertainment.
All bathroom showers have been upgraded to Toto Rain Shower thermostatically controlled units. Just set the temperature to your preference once and it will always remain the same. Might be a small feature to mention but we love it.
During last year’s renovation we designed and installed a very attractive ironwood deck. The deck hosts the impressive BBQ, outdoor cooker and complimentary bicycles. To make it even better we then installed a water-proof, lighted cloth awning over top so one can enjoy outdoor cooking in any type of weather. Reciprocating fans keep the air moving to cool things down in the summer heat.
During this year’s renovation we installed a beautiful back-lit glass waterfall feature and full pool area LED lighting kit. A cooling down night swim does not get much better than this. Enjoy.
2 complimentary bicycles are included with the villa. Hop on and pedal down to the beach, the beach path or check out up and down Jl. Danau Tamblingan. (main street).
Fancy a BBQ. Our villa includes unrestricted usage of a high end professional, 5 burner imported Broil King grill. These units retail for $1500 – 2000 here in Indonesia but are very difficult to find these days. Doubtful you find one of these beasts in any other rental villa. Slip another shrimp on the barbie …
In the mood to be pampered… We are in the process of setting up a menu for personal services. Massages, mani/pedi, facials, etc. will be available at our villa for your convenience.
SOME HOUSE RULES
Sanur is not a wild and crazy party town. If that is what you are looking for, best focus your search in Kuta or Seminyak. Sanur is a more mature, peaceful community. We value our small-town feel here and enjoy the tranquility Sanur has to offer. Sanur residents are respectful of each other's space and loud music or partying into the wee hours will definitely not be tolerated.
Sorry, pets are not permitted due to follow-up guests having potential allergy issues.
Smoking only permitted in open air areas so definitely not allowed in the bedrooms / bathrooms as is common in most hotels these days.
