“Do not book in near future- building noise next door”

Response from the manager Hi KW, We take all feedback seriously and are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy the property, largely due to external factors. Unfortunately what happens at other properties is outside of our control and I can assure you we do not get notified when a house is being built or modified in a given street around the Whitsundays. Over the last couple of months we have received great reviews for this property with no mention of the works being carried out next door. Since your stay we have had guests in the property who have advised that the works next door did not have any effect on them and they were still able to use the deck. No guests in the rental property directly opposite the work area have complained either. Throughout extended dry periods in the area, nails can sometimes pop up 1-2mm from the deck, however we did send a handyman out to attend and rectify this immediately. In the owner's opinion, there was no danger to your guests.
