Bright Sunny position 200 metres from Rothesay Castle.

Quiet area with sun trap shared back garden.

Open plan kitchen/ lounge with all necessary facilities.

First floor apartment with easy parking right outside the front door.

Restaurants/ Eateries/Pubs/Shops. All within easy walking distance of less than 5 minutes.

Off the ferry and 5 mins to the apartment . You can see the ferry come and go from the flat.

Pine furniture, 32 in TV, Ensuite bathroom and shower.

Gas central heating plus super modern electric fire.

Washing machine in kitchen and clothes line in garden !

Buses are great to use and the Tour bus round the Island is a must do. ! Electric bikes available to hire. Cars as always give you the freedom of independence .

We loved every minute of our stay on Bute and the flat played a big part. Central and spacious - we had everything we needed and was a great place to go exploring from.

“Best wee holiday home”

This has got to be one of the best holiday homes we have had the pleasure of staying in. We wanted to get away to totally relax and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival Gary the owner had given us a bottle of wine and flowers how touching and nice and you can see he has put the same thoughts into his holiday home it is bright spacious extremely clean and comfortable and really is a home from home it has everything just perfect. The location is brilliant 2 minutes walk to town which was ideal for us as my hubby has real mobility issues. We visited a few pubs in town Grapes, Taverner and the Galtea which is about 4 doors down from flat and the staff and punters were all so nice and friendly. We had lots of runs out and i even managed a dip in the sea at Ettrick and it was a dip baltic but I did it but didn't try it again it was so nice to be able to totally relax and switch off and even though the flat is quite central it is very quiet there is no outside noise. I really can't praise Gary enough for all the thought he has put into his holiday home and we will be sure to return.

we were well situated close to the centre of Rothesay ,we had a pub about 25 yards away ,the apartment was like home from home, Ian who looks after the apartment when Gary the owner is away was a love… More

“Ideally located Flat Rothesay”

Just home from a visit to week on Bute, stayed in this bright spacious flat. Well situated for exploring the island and easy access to shops, bars and cafes.

“Great flat in a perfect location.”

This flat is in the perfect location, a few minutes walk from ferry, shops, town centre. Up one flight of stairs, with street parking or car park both available. Parking was never an issue. We had everything we needed and we’re very comfy during our stay. There is a garden out back although we didn’t use it this visit. The local area is beautiful, bicycle hire is available and there is a bus service for getting around if needed. We would definitely stay again.

“Brilliant”

The flat was wonderful easy access to town and ferry, flat was very comfortable two bathrooms kitted out very well, could have stayed all year very homely will certainly book it again.

“Comfortable and convenient flat for two in Rothesay”

The flat looks unimpressive from the outside but inside is comfortable, spacious and light. The bedroom at the back was quiet. It is very easy to get to from the ferry and the small local Co-op and other shops, including the Post office and places to eat, are within a few minutes' walking distance. So also is Rothesay Castle, Bute Museum and the seafront. We found it a great place to stay.
