Located in Châtenay-Malabry, near the valley of the wolves, wood Verrières, the park and castle of Sceaux, 12 km from Paris (bus, RER C) College of Pharmacy, Central School, Creps, we offer this atypical house the bottom of a garden, patio, two bedrooms, 3 beds comfortable, air mattresses for children) kitchen (complete appliance) office / library. Air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, fixed PHONE / fax, photocopier, internet connection. You will enjoy the private garden, always flourished, Patio X aquarium, two sofas, garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal (charcoal and lit fire.) Other remarks PARKING: cars do not enter the residence. Use the boat to unload your luggage. Generally tickets are always free weekends, and holidays NIGHT (entering right into the impasse, drop-off of the manger during the day) and behind the bus stop (small square) with 5 parking spaces. Free parking, no parking meters.

Je vais remédier à la luminosité des briques de verre, cela ne m'étais pas venu à l'esprit n'ayant jamais dormi dans la petite chambre.Quoi de nouveau depuis votre passage? coté douche,une nouvelle colonne chromée mélangeur horizontal. Un second poste écran plat côté cuisine et une nouvelle clim. Au plaisir de vous recevoir peut-être une autre fois. Michel L.

Response from the owner Mademoiselle, J'ai été prévenu par des voisins que de nombreuses personnes occupaient le logement, qu'ils gênaient de par leur présence bruyante et avaient installé une sono qui s'entendait jusqu'à l'entrée de l'impasse. Je suis donc venu. Vous étiez une douzaine de jeunes. Ce logement est destiné pour 3 occupants maximum. Le jardin privatif est contigu aux espaces communs de la copropriété. Si vous m'aviez prévenu de votre intention d'inviter une bande d' amis, je vous aurais dis que c'était absolument impossible. Je suis effectivement revenu à 22 heures, inquiet de la tournure que prenait votre présence, pour vous dire que seuls, vous et votre ami ( spécifiés dans votre réservation) pouvaient demeurer dans les lieux. En ma présence, vous n'étiez plus que 3 JF au moment de mon départ, d'autres sont revenus.vers 23 heures ( témoignage de voisins ) Quant aux insectes, ils sont chez eux dans le jardin, vous n'en avez pas trouvé dans le bungalow. Contrairement à RBNB, TripAdvisor ne laisse pas la possibilité à l'hôte de spécifier tel ou tel obligation des voyageurs. Les " Nénuphars" reste un espace calme, zen, pas indiqué pour des rencontres bruyantes. Le barbecue est réservé pour les occupants au nombre de trois maximum.
