The dolphins play right below our 200 sq. ft. balcony and you are a 3-5 minute walk from sinking your toes into our famous sugar sand beaches!! This luxurious Clearwater Beach waterfront condo is 1,890 square feet, on the top floor with expansive 10 ft ceilings, and is immaculately cared for! It offers breathtaking views of Clearwater Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico and is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. It also has a full size washer/dryer.

The spacious master suite includes a King bed, pillow top mattress, flat screen television, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. Each additional bedroom has a Queen bed, pillow top mattress, private bathroom, and flat screen television. In the living room you will find a large sectional and a 42” HDTV with DVD. We offer free high speed Internet, free domestic telephone calls, and covered parking. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are all within easy walking distance. Relax, you are on vacation

The powder-white sugar sand beaches of Clearwater Beach are consistently ranked as one of our nation’s best. It is a great destination for vacations with numerous activities for the entire family including parasailing, Pirate Ship rides, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, miniature golf, dolphin watching, and exceptional nightlife. The exercise enthusiast can enjoy a run down the beach, a scenic bicycle ride, a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or rollerblading down Beachwalk. For the sports fanatic it is a short drive to Raymond James Stadium (Buccaneers Football), Legends Field (Yankees spring training), The St. Pete Times Forum (Lightning Hockey), and Tropicana Field (Rays Baseball).

For the business traveler it is quick drive to Tech Data, The Home Shopping Network, and Raymond James Financial. Why stay anywhere else when you can stay at the beach!

This Beautiful property has been a vacation rental for 8 years with excellent reviews. We just put in new carpeting in May 2017.

Getting around

There is much to see just by walking. Otherwise a car is nice to have for longer trips. We do have two parking spaces in the covered garage.

Interaction with guest

I am available by phone or email, and strive to answer all emails promptly. My local manager is available by phone too. There is a detailed guest book in the condo with lots of information on things to do, restaurants, etc.
