Villa Anna Maria is a charming split-level property set in a prime position within the cretan countryside, yet just 3km from Geropotamos Beach on the North coastline of Crete. Its spacious areas and fantastic sea views will satisfy every guest, looking for a peaceful vacation! The Villa is within a short ride of just 5 minutes you have easy access to a a beautiful sandy beach, as well as a variety of shops for your every day needs, such as mini market, cafe, bakeries and tavernas! Also, upon arrangement with the owner, food delivery is also possible! The famous Museum and archaeological site of Ancient Eleutherna, as well as the picturesque village of Margarites, known for its ceramics, are in close proximity and definitely worth visiting. The Villa has also beed awarded for the services , as well as the high quality accommodation provided.
Layout | Exterior
The 350 m2 exterior space of Villa Anna Maria promises a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Sit with a cool drink while sun bathing at the comfortable, wooden sun loungers on the ample tile paved terrace, around the pool. Go for a refreshing swim in the 25m2 private swimming pool 1.5 meters deep or head to the outdoor whirlpool (not heated), right next to it! The pool terrace is also equipped with umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your outmost comfort and ease.
If the summer sun it’s too hot for you, you’ll find comfort in the shaded pergola just a few steps away! The terrace also features an outdoor sitting area and a lovely bamboo hanging chair for lazy afternoons on a wonderful lan covered area. To make things even better, the whole exterior space boasts magnificent sea views and it also overlooks the stunning landscape…small hills, mountains, trees and olive groves! BBQ facilities, an outdoor dining table for the whole family and an outdoor sink are can also be found by the pool, so you can practice your cooking skills and make advantage of the opportunity to try al fresco dining in a unique environment!
Of course, our young guests have also been taken into consideration! A variety of activities, including a children’s playground, table tennis, soccer table, as well as a playstation game console and a free wi-fi internet connection are at their disposal and ensure long hours of fun! Villa Anna Maria is also a baby friendly Villa: a baby cot, high chair, stair gates and baby equipment can be provided upon request.
Interior | Ground Floor
On this level of Villa Anna Maria, as you enter through the main door, you will come across a modernly decorated, open-concept great room, consisted of the living and dining areas, providing direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ facilities. If you’d like a home-cooked meal, the premium kitchen includes a plethora of appliances, that will make this an easy task. Furthermore, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin can be found on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings done in neutral tones were used in all rooms, creating a relaxing ambience.
First floor
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and feature two single beds each. In one of the twin bedrooms, the single beds can be joined together to form double king sized beds, if desired. The Villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in total. Both bedrooms have access to the shaded balcony, overlooking the pool area and equipped with an extra siting / dining area. The balcony also enjoy superb views of the whole surrounding area…a unique spot for your afternoon cup of coffee! Finally, the two bedrooms share a family bathrooms with a whirlpool bathtub!

“Beautiful villa, amazing views”
I have only great and positive things to say about the villa and the owner. The villa was beautiful, with great views. The standard of the villa was lovely, very clean and beautifully presented. Our daughter and her cousin loved the pool! The owner was absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The family and I would highly recommend.
