Overview:

A modern 4 bedroom (sleeps 6) holiday property located on the Wild Atlantic Way in the popular village of Roundstone. The house boasts a relaxing seaside location while still being very close to local bars and restaurants. The white sandy beaches of the world famous Dogs Bay and Gurteen Beaches are just 2km away. Sea Fishing and Boat tours are available from the Harbour adjacent to the cottage. Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away. Roundstone village provides lots of places to eat and drink and its shops will supply you with everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Local activities include sea angling, lake and river fishing, walking trails, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more. Ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while still being within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and a short drive from many activities and attractions. Great value rates all year round.

Facilities:

4 Bedrooms – Sleeps 6. The property offers 4 bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms), kitchen, dining area, living room and two bathrooms. The accommodation is situated over 3 levels, with two flights of stairs internally.

Ground Floor: The ground floor includes kitchen/dining area and a large spacious bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment including electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob. A washing machine and dryer are also in place. The ground floor bedroom is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and electric shower. All rooms offer harbour and sea views.

First Floor: The first-floor accommodation includes a spacious modern living room, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room offers wonderful views across the harbour to Inishnee Island and is very well furnished with leather sofas, large screen multi-channel TV and electric coal effect fire. The bathroom includes bath, WC, sink, and shower over bath. The single bedroom has sea views and has a 4ft bed, ideally suited to one adult.

Second Floor: The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom on the second floor includes WC, sink and shower cubicle. The bedrooms include a single bedroom and a double en-suite bedroom with WC, electric shower and sink. Both bedrooms on this floor offer harbour, village and sea views. Oil fired central heating throughout property.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Short breaks available. Electricity & Heating is included in rental price. No pets.

Wonderful house for friends or family - having 4 bathrooms was great. Within metres of pubs, cafes & restaurants, so a little drinking could happen without the need to drive anywhere! Irish nights… More
